30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your new shades. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Custom Made to Order

Because every shade is custom-cut to your exact window measurements, custom orders are final sale. However, if your shade arrives defective or damaged, we will remake or replace it free of charge.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items (such as hardware accessories, swatch books) may be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at support@feyv.com with your order number
• We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address
• Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of arrival

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
